Ms. Patsy June Chmitlin, age 79, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019. She was born on December 15, 1939, in Findlay, Ohio to Roy Andrew Chmitlin and Mary Margaret Simon Chmitlin.
Ms. Chmitlin was a resident of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. She was Christian by faith and a member of Beachside Fellowship Church in Panama City Beach, Florida. She attended Bible College, and was very devoted to her faith in Jesus Christ, as “God’s Girl”. She was known as “GG”. She was an author, a Psalmist, and minister of the Gospel.
Ms. Chmitlin was preceded in death by her father and mother; and one son, Rodney Gene Staller.
Ms. Chmitlin is survived by her two sons, Douglas Jan Staller and wife Serli of North Dakota, Denver James Staller and wife Christi of Ohio; two daughters, Karis Jo Hall of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and Robin Julinn Floyd and husband James of Montgomery, Alabama; one brother, Tommy Lee Chmitlin and wife Sherree of Elmore, Alabama; two sisters, Sally Ann Benson and husband Charles of Ohio and Nancy Lou Houston and husband Larry of Tennessee; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A time of visitation will be held from 1:00~2:00 PM, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home, 150 Highway 20 East, Freeport, Florida 32439.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home, with Dr. Warren Drake officiating.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Denver Staller, Doug Staller, James Floyd, Zach Balassone, Clint Hall, and Jared Hall.
Flowers are being accepted.
Burial will follow in Gulf Cemetery.
