Presbyterian Church Offers Kid's Closet - Benefiting babies and young
children in the community, regardless of reason. located on Circle Drive in
the Henry D. Mooney Educational Building. Open the first and third
Wednesdays of each month from 9:00-12:00. The closet will stock such items
as disposable diapers, powdered formula, bottles, baby and toddler food and
juices, baby wipes, bath necessities and some clothing and bedding. They are

- Global Impact Conference- Southwide
Baptist Church in DFS. 6 pm nightly through Wednesday, September 15th. Southwide
will be hosting missionaries from all over the world. Each
night will feature different missionaries from different people groups. Come
and be inspired nightly by great singing, worship, and testimony. Tour the
exhibits area and learn more about mission work. For more information call

- Saturday night Open Mic Gospel Sing - 5pm
meal, 6pm sing. Black Creek United Methodist Church, 78 Memorial Lane,

Refreshments began at 9am followed by Sunday School and the Worship Service
at 10:30am with special guest Rev. Dick Brooks, a former Walton County

Sheffield Park in Lynn Haven. The concert will feature Heaven Bound,
Elizabeth McCormick and the Bowens, Faithway Trio and The Drummond Family.
Free refreshments will be provided. We suggest you bring a lawn chair as
seating is limited.

Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Adopt-A-Soul Program through
the Chaplin as part of their Heart-to-Heart programs. Call the Chaplin to
express an interest, become matched with a resident, and visit your resident on
a regular basis to talk, pray, and minister to them. 892-2176.
