Shirley Whittle is the owner of Callaway Country Florist and says, even after the ADT security system was destroyed in the hurricane money was still being drawn out of her account. She says she reached out to the company multiple times and just wanted answers on how she could be being charged for a system that wasn’t working. ADT Security Systems and said the issues have been resolved. Bob Tucker, ADT Spokesperson said, “the owner of the florist company was indeed entitled to a full refund which is what we provided by zeroing out her account. Her contract has been canceled at her request. We were glad we could get the situation resolved and give her what she wanted.” Tucker says this was the first complaint the company has heard of this kind and Whittle says she’s just glad it’s over.
