A traffic stop on Interstate-10 yield over a $100,000 worth of drugs for the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. According to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) units with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit stopped a car hauler on Interstate 10 mile marker 55. The sheriff’s says a K-9 search was conducted on one of the vehicles being transported from the west coast to Florida. The report says their K-9 Officer alerted deputies to the car and they discovered .35 pounds of processed Marijuana, 600 THC Vape cartridges and 23 packages of THC edibles inside the vehicle. The report revealed the vehicle was picked up by a transport company in the San Francisco Bay area of California. Deputies told us the wholesale value on the drugs found in the car were approximately $125,000. Investigators say no arrests were made but they did seize the car and the drugs.
