Country Store Ads
Buy one, two or a bunch of Country Store Ads - $13 each or save with a package
Advertise your commercial product on the Country Store. A 30 second ad is only $13 and you will get a fully produced commercial spot plus you will also be mentioned as a sponsor of the Country Store. We will also keep your phone number for a week, giving it out whenever someone calls during normal business hours. We will produce your ad from information you provide or give us some notes and we will help you write it. We can even add music. This is great for everyone, from large to small businesses, even "hobby" and "seasonal" businesses such as animals, firewood, pecans, hay, lawn care, handicrafts, handymen and everyone who wants to reach a great audience. Call, come by, or email if you have questions. Country store ads cost $13 each (but you can save more with a package). When ordering, select the number of spots you want to purchase under quantity. We will run your 30 second ad three days a week (Mon-Wed-Fri or Tue-Thr-Sat) for a month. This generally works out to be 13 ads per month. You are also mentioned as a sponsor. Try the 6-day a week 30 second Country Store package. Your ad will run during each Country Store all month long. You will also get a mention as a sponsor. Reach an audience tuning in to buy, sell, and trade! The full 6-day a week Country Store only costs $230 a month. Business Card Liner
A short note to let them know you are here - $110 per month with at least 2 per day
This 10 to 12 second advertising spot is short, but with it running at least twice a day, you get your basic information out there. A great entry into radio advertising or use it to add to any other spot to create a package tailored to your needs. The liners will run during main drive times and throughout the day with an occasional extra spot possible during the night time hours. This spot is long enough to get your name, contact number and a quick mention of what you do out there. If you are looking for a low budget ad, want to add to your other ads or just want to make sure they hear your name, consider the liner. The Business Card Liner costs $110 per month. Advertising on WZEP AM 1460 is easy and with 10,000 watts of daytime power, your ad will reach into Walton, Holmes, Okaloosa and Washington Counties in the Florida panhandle as well as parts of south Alabama. Cost effective, WZEP reaches the people you want. You select the ad script or let us help you design an ad campaign and package. We can provide music and voice or help you with a personalized spot. You can run your ads one or two a day or all in a single time frame. Quantity helps. The more you buy, the cheaper they get. Live Call-In On-Air Ads
These are usually called in during Art's Hi Neighbor morning show - $19 each
Want to talk on-air, no really it is easy and Art will work with you to tell the listeners on air what you need them to know. A call-in during Art's Hi Neighbor Show or during any other show lets you personalize what is said, making changes as your sales offerings change. Listeners also get a chance to hear directly from you and this can mean a better connection with the audience. Use the call-in spots to supplement your other on-air ads or for that special sale. A live call-in (or arrange to come here to the station for a really live ad) is only $19.00 each. When ordering, select the number of spots you want to purchase under quantity. Obituaries
These are usually from the funeral home; call or email first if you have a private obit
Obituaries are usually paid through the funeral home you use. Please check with them before ordering. If you are a private individual and want to purchase an additional obit announcement (such as when the funeral will take place somewhere else and the funeral home does not provide for local listing, but your loved one lived, was born or went to school in the area), contact WZEP AM 1460 by calling 850-892-3158 or email wzep@wzep1460.com and then you can use the online payment. Cost is $40 and this covers an full announcement, a brief announcement and then a full announcement the day of the visitation or funeral. Pallbearers are omitted. Note: A handling fee of 3% will be added to your order when paying online or using a credit card.
Holiday Packages
Purchase 10 or 20 Holiday spots with a greeting and information about your business
When a holiday is around, customers like to hear a greeting from you. Customers are usually more relaxed with their spending and an additional holiday note can point them to your business. Or perhaps you just want to say "Merry Christmas", "I Love You", "Happy Easter", Recognize Mom, Dad or a graduate, say Happy Birthday America", "Have A Safe Halloween" or "Happy Thanksgiving". Packages are $110 each for 20 spots or $65 each for 10 spots. Holiday spots are a combination of a holiday greeting and a message of your business offerings. Tuesday, March 2nd at the new Walton High School A handling fee will be added to your order when paying online.Tickets are $8.00 each and can be ordered online using your PayPal Account, a check, or most major credit cards. Remember, you need to change your shipping address or the tickets will go to your credit card billing address. If you have problems, email us after ordering. Include your name and the number of tickets, plus your address, and we will make sure they get to whatever address you tell us to send them to.
