Edna Jeanett Bell, age 95, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 in her daughter’s home peacefully and surrounded by her family. She was born December 25, 1923 to John Edward Robinson and Annie Ophelia (Straughn) Robinson in Walton County.
She was a lifelong resident of the Liberty Community and a member of Cluster Springs Baptist Church. She loved her flowers and gardening. For the past five years she lived with her daughter and family where she was able to watch her granddaughter grow up, attend her band concerts and graduation. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, and watching Gunsmoke and Bonanza.
Ms. Bell is survived by her daughter Sharon B. Cox and husband Kenny, and granddaughter Hannah.
A time of visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Cluster Springs Baptist Church, 1333 County Hwy 1084, DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Cluster Springs Baptist Church, 1333 County Hwy 1084, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, with Reverend Kenneth Straughn officiating.
Flowers are being accepted.
Burial will follow in Cluster Springs Cemetery.
