A Holmes County School Bus was traveling westbound on County Road 160, and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of County Road 177. A Ford Ranger was traveling northbound on County Road 177. The school bus began a left turn onto CR-177, violating the right of way of the Ford Ranger. The front of the Ford Ranger collided with the left side of the school bus at the rear axle. The school bus came to final rest facing south blocking the southbound lane of CR-177. The Ford Ranger rotated counterclockwise and came to final rest facing westward, blocking the northbound lane of CR-177. There were nine children on the school bus, and none of the children reported any notable injuries. The children were then walked across the roadway to the Bethlehem School after they were checked out.
